This set of downloads combines most all the markings from our 1/32 Midway Devastator designs, scaled down and custom fit to the 1/48 Hobby Boss kit. Markings from all three Midway sets are included, allowing you to paint TBDs from Enterprise, Yorktown, and Hornet.
The files include designs to mask the bomb aiming and side windows (which Trumpeter didn’t include on their canopy mask sheet, go figure), wheels, prop tips, oil cooler grill, wing walks, arrestor hook, fuel caps, cowl numbers, and numbers for the upper wing.
Insignia masks for the wings are included so you don’t have to worry about decals not conforming to all that corrugation. Two sizes for both positions of fuselage insignias are also included, as are two types and styles of lower wing insignia.
Download includes four 7 X 9.5 inch (177.8 x 241.3 mm) .svg files, .dxf copies for Silhouette, and a PDF placement guide.
